Referrals, partnerships, and enquiries
We welcome referrals from schools, NHS services, local authorities, charities, and community organisations. We also work with corporate organisations seeking professionally delivered animal-assisted wellbeing programmes.
Please get in touch before making a formal referral. We want to understand the individual's needs, the setting, and whether KITH is the right fit before any paperwork begins.

The referral process
Referrals are straightforward. Here is what to expect:
Email info@kiththerapy.com to arrange a venue assessment, discuss community needs, or make a referral. Tell us about the people, the setting, and what you hope animal-assisted intervention could offer. We are insured, with dogs and a couple of ponies available for suitable, individually risk-assessed visits.
We will respond within five working days to discuss suitability, programme options, and funding routes.
If we agree to proceed, we send a referral pack including our pre-programme learner profile, consent documentation, and an outline of how the programme will work.
Once documentation is complete, we arrange a brief planning meeting with the referrer and key worker to agree goals and session structure.
Sessions begin once all pre-programme documentation, risk assessment baseline, and welfare checks are in place.
